How do I report a bug or issue with an app?
Email us at support@aetherrite-labs.com with a description of the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots or a screen recording are always helpful. We aim to respond within one business day.
How do I request a refund for an in-app purchase?
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Apple handles all billing and refund decisions.
Where can I find the privacy policy for your apps?
Our privacy policy is available at aetherrite-labs.com/privacy. Each app's specific data practices are also described on its App Store product page.
